Background
Subway has always been a build-your-own playground, but convenience 2.0 is all about curated choices. That’s why in 2023 Subway launched its Signature Series, offering nine pre-designed subs for less decision fatigue and more flavor. As part of the DACH launch our job was to bring the Signature Series to social media, introducing the new series.

Idea
Inspired by popular collectible card games like Pokémon, we turned each Signature Sub into a character with its own flavor profile and unique strengths. By using this playful approach we made the sandwiches feel iconic, creating both curiosity and cravings
